To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@alruya.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@alruya.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@alruya.com.
